The annual conference of the Texas Rental Association, Roundup is the place to be for education, equipment displays, social events, and high energy activities, such as the Spirit Toss (supporting the TRAPAC), and the Silent and Live Charity Auctions (supporting the TRA scholarships).

Exhibitor badge provides access to education and exhibit floor; attendee list not included. Tickets for lunch, dinner, and T-shirts must be purchased separately. (see above) Requests for cancellation will be honored (minus a 20% cancellation fee) through May 5, 2023. After this date, no refunds will be made.

New for 2023: $250 for 1 piece per exhibitor; only 6 spaces available; maximum equipment footprint = 8x8; exhibitor assumes all risks with the outdoor display.
